How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from any address, subject "Delete my data".
2. Tell us the phone model and the approximate date(s) you used DroneEars (there is no account, so this helps us find your device record). If you still have the app, open Privacy & Sharing and copy the device ID shown there into the email.
3. We confirm by email and delete within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Shared sighting locations and drone sound clips linked to your device ID
• Technical context sent with them (phone model, app version, detected drone type)
• The random device ID itself and any referral/reward records tied to it

What is kept

• Nothing that identifies you. Fully anonymised statistics (for example, counts of sightings per region) cannot be linked to a device and are retained.
• Google Play keeps its own purchase records under Google's policies; we do not hold your payment details.

You can also stop all sharing at any time in the app: Privacy & Sharing → turn sharing off. Uninstalling the app removes all local data on your phone. Full policy: privacy policy.
